Only new patients who sign a contract and make a down payment to start treatment at Dupont Orthodontics or Columbia City Orthodontics between 5/1/2024 through 5/31/2024 will automatically be entered into the Summer Smile Contest for a chance to win $500 off treatment. One winner will be selected at random to win. $500 off treatment is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
